I installed this nice theme http://www.yotemplates.com/2015/09/masterpiece-clean-and-responsive.html and it has your widget in the footer, but there's someone else instagram's pics and I don't know how to change the user.
Can you help me please? The current user is this greyandscout but I can't find this name in the HTML to change it with my instagram user name.

Only 1 line of photos showing
Hi there, only 1 line is showing on my gallery, but it is set as 4 x 15 photos. I have tried out several free galleries which showed them all (say 30 photos), before I signed up for the paid version of snapwidget. #caskaleweek is what I am showing.

Delete Widgets
Hi,
I'd like to delete all my widgets except the 'Data Blog' named widget. I'd like to do so, since I changed from a Pro subscription to a Lite. Which means only one of my former 4 widgets will work. To make sure it is the 'Data Blog' widget, I'd like to delete all other - no longer necessary - snapwidgets I made before.
Please let me know how to do this. Thanks in advance.

Photos not showing, previously worked

Photos are not pulling through for two iFrames that were formerly working. Could you please fix this, or advise me on how to fix on my end?

Thanks for this awesome plugin. I recently reset the instagram password after connecting the snapwidget account with instagram acocunt.
My website snapwidget cant show instagram feed anymore after i reset the password. Anywhere i can re connect the instagram account?

my photos stopped
I've been using prosnapwidget for a few days now and I've had no problems. But my photos stopped showing up today. And my instagram does not appear when press preview button on your site. plese help!
