PRO version NOT showing public hashtag photos
We signed up for the PRO version to avoid Ads and it worked.
Today i just modified the padding of the pictures and now the widget does not show public photos with a hashtag.

Filtering Hashtags By Username
I've been a PRO user for about two years now. When I select to display images for my username only, I only see a handful. Am I missing a step? Are there limitations on this feature?

I have a scrolling snapwidget that is not showing on my webpage.
It is using the hashtag #thetimelytreat and is working properly in the preview on your get started page.
The issue is on my cratejoy website that it won't show.

Widget not showing correctly

I configured a widget with 2 lines with 5 fotos per line but only one line is showing up.

Facebook Comments Plugin
Is there a way to disable the Facebook Comments Plugin when a user clicks a picture on my blog and gets redirected to snapwidget.com? Trying to use this in an educational environment and I don't want to moderate facebook comments from middle schoolers. It would be easier if the facebook comments were gone.

missing photos / gaps in the grid
HI
I am using the pro-plugin
there appear to be gaps where photos should be
even though the plugin is set to pull images back from our public account (@embassyenglish)... where we use a specific hashtag (and there are plenty of images using this hashtag #embassylife)
my hunch is that - if the widget finds an image from the account which does not have the hashtag - then it is inseting a white space - rather than inserting the next image that does use the hashtag? which results in white space/gaps and seems like a bug
any advice?

Widget showing some broken links instead of images
A couple of days ago, my widget started showing all my new Instagram photos as broken photo links. I waited a couple days to see if it was some fluke that would correct itself. No luck there. I tried different computers and devices and it is the same. My photos are still up on Instagram and public. All photos on this widget more recent than about 7 weeks old are doing this. I just published a new photo today and it's displaying as a broken link.

widget not updating newly added photos
when I set the widget up originally I had no pictures under the #swimtoselena
I then added two and the widget picked them up and they are displaying on my site.
Yesterday and today new pictures have been labelled with the #swimtoselena by clients to be displayed on my site and the widget is no longer picking them up. There is no instagram account associated. Just a #

Even on the preview on your site, it still does not work. It works on hashtags but not on my username. My Instagram is set to public so I don't know what more I could do.

Blank Space in iFrame
Hello,
We are using SnapWidget on our site, but there is a bug where the bottom-right photo in the grid does not appear, and instead there is a blank space (screenshot for reference: http://screencast.com/t/zMvpRNSmLu).
Do you have any idea why this is? I looked at the actual iFrame being pulled in (http://snapwidget.com/p/widget/?id=6Uy9uC7b3p&t=247) and the bug exists there as well, so I do not believe it is a problem with our site.

Photos not loading on page startup in responsive mode
When choosing Responsive:YES, the photos load on page open, but then quickly disappear. If you change the size of browser windows, photos then appear and stay no matter what. But initial load seems to be the problem. Let me know if you can replicate and resolve this. Thanks
